Text Box: The SERRA CLUB extends its condolences to the Portillo Family of El Paso in the passing of a family member. Homero Jose Portillo brother of our Serra Member Andy Portillo. He was one of seven children to Raul and Guadalupe Portillo. He was a local businessperson mostly in the west side of El Paso, owner of Homer’s Plumbing.
