He Attended St John’s Seminary in Camarillo, He is the 5th Text Box: Bishop of El Paso, Texas April 1, 1996 ~ December 2011. Bishop Ochoa served in the Diocese of Los Angeles before coming to El Paso, Texas. We Pray God’s Blessing on you and your new Diocese of Fresno, California. Farewell Bishop Ochoa!
