Text Box: MEMBERS IS THE NEWS Text Box: Trustee Meeting Minutes; 20 NOVMEBER 2010 THE PRAYER SERVICE WILL BE HELD ON 1 DECEMBER AT ST PATRICK CATHEDRAL. THE DECEMBER MEETING WILL BE HELD ON 3 DEC AT THE EL PASO CLUB. THE 17 DEC MEETING IS CANCELLED ALONG WITH THE DECEMBER TRUSTEE MEETING. THE SISTER DINNER WILL BE HELD ON SATURDAY 5 FEBUARY 2011 AT ST CHARLES SEMINARY, MARYTRS HALL TOM WILL MAIL THE INVITATIONS TO THE SERRAS. LIZ CARL AND DELORES ROMOS WILL COORDINATE THE ARRANGEMENT WITH SISTER ISABEL FIERRO AND PLAN THE DINNER. ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE BISHOP’S DINNER ARE COMPLETE AND INVITAITION ARE BEING MAILED. We are back on the 18th floor at the El Paso Club for all future meetings.

Jeannine Noble new member and Mr. Jim Hubbard (speaker on God’s Technology) the only distance between these two are one is a member and one is still pondering.

The Serra Annual Appeal is up and running.

 

Development of the Serra Club sponsored web site for the     Vocations Office will continue.
