Text Box: World Day of Prayer for
Vocations
Fr. Miguel – on Sunday April 21 we all can take a few minutes to pray. You can get creative at your parish and promote it by organizing a holy hour, a presentation, add it to the intersection of the faithful during the mass.
Text Box: The reality today is that we are short of priests in our diocese. The numbers show that of a total of 55 parishes and 20 missions, 7 parishes are without pastors, 13 are under a Religious Pastor and 35 are under Diocesan pastor. A total of 84 pastors are in our Diocese and 39 are Religious Priests and 45 are Diocesan Priests. Taking in consideration our active priests 3 of them should be already retired, in five years four more will be at an age to be retired and in ten years three more will be at an age to be retired.
